With 6 one-hour sessions, I focus on body awareness, flexibility, strength and deep core fitness to take you safely through pregnancy into postpartum care. Each session will include a focus on community time as well as a yoga practice. The next session begins Sunday, March 5th.
Personalized prenatal or postnatal yoga session tailored to meet you exactly where you are at. This can be done in person (in-home or studio) or virtually. Sessions may be done as small groups as well if requested.
